• Description: LYN-1604 is a novel activator of ULK1, inducing cell death through mechanisms involving ATF3, RAD21, and caspase3, accompanied by autophagy and apoptosis. LYN-1604 triggers cell death associated with autophagy via the ULK complex (ULK1-mATG13-FIP200-ATG101). To further investigate the autophagic mechanisms induced by LYN-1604, we identified potential ULK1 interactors, such as ATF3, RAD21, and caspase3, through comparative microarray analysis. LYN-1604-mediated cell death is linked to ATF3, RAD21, and caspase3, accompanied by both autophagy and apoptosis.
