Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fiber is a high-performance synthetic fiber derived from the polymerization of acrylonitrile monomers. Renowned for its excellent tensile strength, thermal stability, and chemical resistance, PAN fiber plays a crucial role in reinforcing concrete and asphalt materials.
As a specialized supplier of plastics and advanced material solutions, Alfa Chemistry offers a wide range of polymer products, including high-performance polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fibers. These synthetic fibers are engineered for demanding applications across civil engineering, infrastructure, and construction sectors, where durability, crack resistance, and environmental stability are critical.

| Catalog | Product | Diameter | Tensile Strength | Elongation at Break |
| PL-PAN-A004 | PAN Fiber | 3-19 mm (customizable) | ≥1051 MPa | ≥15% |
Our PAN fiber is widely used in diverse concrete and asphalt engineering applications:
For crack control and waterproofing, a dosage of approximately 0.91 kg/m3 of PAN fiber is recommended for concrete or mortar mixes. The product requires no specialized mixing equipment or procedures. It can be added directly into the mixing drum along with other materials. A slightly extended mixing time ensures uniform dispersion of fibers throughout the mixture. Dosage can be adjusted based on project-specific structural and performance requirements.
