Product Description

The organic fluorine electret powder OFC-EM04 offers lasting antistatic properties and features a uniform micropore distribution. This formulation enhances the static adsorption capacity of polypropylene (PP), making it particularly suitable for the production of melt-blown fabrics with filtration efficiencies of either 95% or 99%.

Use Method

The incorporation of organic fluorine electret powder OFC-EM04 into melt-blown fabrics requires only 0.1% to 0.3% of the powder, yet it significantly enhances filtration efficiency and extends the charge retention time. To create an electret masterbatch, organic fluorine electret powder OFC-EM04 can be compounded with polypropylene (PP) that has a melt flow index of 1500, with the recommended incorporation rate of OFC-EM04 in the masterbatch being between 5% and 10%.
