Use Method

The addition of organic fluorine electret powder OFC-EM02 to melt-blown fabrics at a concentration of just 0.3% to 0.5% significantly enhances filtration efficiency and prolongs charge retention time. When combined with polypropylene (PP) with a melt flow index of 1500, organic fluorine electret powder OFC-EM02 can be used to create electrostatic masterbatches, with a recommended incorporation rate of 12% to 20% for the powder. This combination enables the production of high melt flow index electrostatic masterbatches with improved performance characteristics.
