The organic fluorine electret powder OFC-EM01 boasts an exceptionally high electrostatic capacity. Its uniform distribution of micropores enhances the electrostatic adsorption capabilities of polypropylene (PP), significantly prolonging charge storage stability. This makes OFC-EM01 particularly suitable for the production of melt-blown fabric, which can achieve filtration efficiencies of either 95% or 99%.

Use Method

The organic fluorinated electret powder OFC-EM01 can significantly enhance filtration efficiency and extend the duration of charge storage when added to melt-blown fabrics at a concentration of only 0.05-0.1%. When composite with polypropylene (PP) with a melt flow index of 1500, the addition level of this organic fluorinated electret powder ranges from 5% to 10%, resulting in the production of electret masterbatch. Additionally, organic fluorinated electret powder OFC-EM01 can also be directly incorporated into PP with a melt flow index of 1500 in its masterbatch form.
