Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) is an ideal analytical technique for non-invasive, non-destructive, and quantitative studies of molecular structures, dynamic processes, and chemical reactions. NMR is an indispensable tool in chemistry, from the elucidation and validation of structures to the monitoring of reactions, the study of organic chemistry would be unthinkable without this powerful analytical method. Alfa Chemistry, a leader in chemical analysis, offers analytical services based on Bruker AVIII 800MHz NMR Spectrometer.
Bruker AVIII 800MHz NMR Spectrometer
MANUFACTURER: Bruker
This flagship high-field, narrow-bore, 3 channel NMR spectrometer is equipped with a high-resolution cryogenic triple nucleus probehead (H/C/N) providing significant signal-to-noise advantages over room temperature probes. The TCI probe can handle standard 3 mm and 5 mm tubes, as well as shaped tubes for high salt content samples. This spectrometer is optimised for the study of complex biomolecular systems, and provides capability for small molecule characterisation where only very limited amounts of samples are available.
Alfa Chemistry' Bruker AVIII 800MHz NMR Spectrometer-based chemical analysis services for clients can provide valuable structural information on whole molecules through a range of analytical tests. Please contact us directly if you require further details.
